What this site is for
This balance check portal is provided to cardholders so they can quickly look up the remaining balance on a My Prepaid Center Gift gift card. There is no fee, no account is required, and the values you enter are not retained beyond the time needed to return your balance.
How we protect cardholders
- All connections are encrypted with industry-standard TLS.
- Balance lookups are rate-limited to protect against automated abuse.
- We follow the federal Credit CARD Act, which requires US gift cards to remain valid for at least five years.
