Yes. There is no fee to check your gift card balance, and you do not need to create an account.
You can check as often as you like. To protect cardholders from automated abuse, repeated requests from the same network may be temporarily slowed.
We do not store the values you enter when checking a balance. Connections are encrypted with TLS, and requests are not retained beyond the time needed to return your balance.
Double-check that you typed the card number, expiration date (MM/YY), and security code exactly as they appear on the card. If the problem continues, contact us using the form on the contact page.
The expiration date is printed on the front of your card. Under federal law, US gift cards generally remain valid for at least five years from the date funds were last loaded.
